Founded in 1992 in Hong Kong, Lai Tak Holding Limited is principally engaged in the businesses of textile manufacturing and garment production as well as retail business. As an international diversified enterprise, we employ over 3,000 professionals across the globe. In early 2011, Lai Tak acquired 100% ownership of MASTINA, a fashion brand in Hong Kong and Southeast Asian market; in 2013, further expanded its business by opening up the mainland retail market under the brand MAXTINA.
Production Plant
Located in the Technology Industrial Zone, Puning, Guangdong and covering a total area of 250 acres, Lai Tak Textile Corporation Limited (Puning, China) is our subsidiary which has a gross investment of US$52 million and a registered capital of US$37.4 million. Encompassing a gross floor area of 150,000 square meters, the production plant consists of a weaving factory, a corduroy cutting factory, a dyeing and printing factory, a yarn-dyed factory, a garment factory and a washing factory. Our main products include cotton, cotton polyester, linen, rayon, tencel, nylon, corduroy, stretch twill, poplin, silk, yarn-dyed, and dobby, along with providing a variety of functional processing and finishing such as Microsand, Brush Moleskin, Wrinkle Free, Teflon Protect, Soil Release, UV Protect, Water Repellent, etc.
